Job Description

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in web development, UI/UX, SEO, branding, and digital consulting.
  • Pitch tailored service solutions to startups, D2C brands, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline via cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the project and marketing teams to create customized proposals.
  • Understand client pain points and offer strategic solutions that drive measurable ROI.
  • Manage client onboarding and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key performance metrics.

Where You’ll Be

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely. Our team is primarily based in Noida, with optional in-office days for collaboration and networking

Experience We Need

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in tech, SaaS, or digital services.
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.
  • Comfortable working with monthly targets and KPIs.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with web development, UI/UX, or digital marketing is a big plus.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Notion, and basic CRM software.
